Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lokpa Store (lokpa.com.hk). The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Weight-Based Pricing (Hong Kong & Macau)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total package weight:

- Small Goods (Under 2 kg): HK$20
- Standard / Bulky Goods (2 kg – 3 kg): HK$20
- Bulky Goods (Over 3 kg up to 5 kg): HK$30
- Heavy Goods (Over 5 kg up to 10 kg): HK$60
- Large Goods (Over 10 kg): HK$90

- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch via SF Express or local courier.
- SF Express Self-Pick (SF Lockers / Stations): Available at checkout. Please specify your preferred SF Station or Locker code in the address line.

3. International Shipping
- We currently offer shipping across Asia-Pacific upon request. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Lokpa Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
